This site was designed for an interior designer who has worked with some big name clients. She has decorated for The Bush family, as well as, Clint Eastwood. While there are a thousand reasons not to use flash, this was a great option for her. She is able to brilliantly display her work in a very creative fashion. It was also very important that the pictures be displayed as large as possible.
This site was designed for a church in Lewisville, NC. It features an AJAX slideshow, event calendar and numerous ministry pages. It also has online giving through paypal enabled and contact forms for all the ministry leaders. I am on contract to maintain this site and I help them add fresh material to it on a monthly basis.

I developed this site for a local pool company. The site is database driven and he can edit the content via a browser. It also features a mootools sliding menu and an AJAX lightbox gallery. I also designed his logo.
King Community Church's website features a calendar, with a latest events calendar module and a Pastor's blog. Because the site is database driven, the Pastor can change the content via a browser. He can keep the calendar up to date and can load his mp3 messages so parishioners can listen to them when they miss a service.
This site is a database driven site that allows the client to edit the content, menus, pictures, etc. from any browser. It has many AJAX features like the moo-tools drop-down menu and the slide menu on the right-hand column. It also has a contact form and search tool so users can easily find the content they are looking for.
This is a static site created for a dental practice in Mt. Olive, NC. It conveys a corporate presence on the web. It also features a contact us form, downloadable forms, and a map dynamically linked to Google Maps so that a user can get driving directions to the office.
This site was designed for a private investigation firm. It is driven by a content management system. This allows the clients to edit the content via a browser in a really simple blog-like interface. The site is capable of advertising with rotating banners. There is also a forum where users can ask the private investigators questions about their services.

The site also has forums, event calendars with online registration, an online questionaire that is emailed to the administrator, business directory, and rotating banner advertisements.
This web site is driven by a content management system. This allows the client to edit the site from a browser. The mission statement rotates as each page is loaded. The site has the ability to support banner advertisements. It also has a forum that allows users to register for the site so that they can post their comments and questions. The site also has live news feeds. Not only does the site subscribe to news feeds it can be subscribed to. This means that users can register and have the content from NCCops delivered to them via email or a customized web browser like iGoogle. The entire site is searchable within itself which aids in its search engine optimization.
This is a site I designed for a local insurance company. The company specializes in health insurance. I have all their products displayed and the site also has an extensive questionaire that once completed, emails the results to the administrator of the site and generates an auto-responder email. The brochures are displayed using lightbox technology and the whole site is developed in CSS and stretches no matter what monitor resolution a user views it in! Really cool stuff!

Oh, if you could only have seen the "before" picture. This site was completely overhauled. It was quite a challenge to get the domain from a previous web designer. But, once ownership was established and I was able to establish a connection with the web server, I helped the client graphically overhaul the site. I took down all the blinkie banners and revolving cubes. I was able to add an e-commerce solution and streaming video.
This is a full e-commerce web site for a local cookie shop. The cookie shop is one of the original stores that still remain in Hanes Mall. Despite their history, they wanted to have an online presence and expand to sell their cookies online. The shop is searchable by product name or keywords and is search engine optimized.
I am a patron of this salon and one day asked them if I could help them with their website. The previous owners had developed one but it was extremely outdated. I enhanced their site with fresh photos and gave the site an overall welcoming feel. The site features an online gift certificate purchasing page that is encrypted using SSL.
This is a site designed for a local adult baseball team. It is powered by blog software that allows the manager of the team to post updates whenever he likes.
This site was developed for a group of counselors who specialize in addiction counseling. The site displays various bits of important information, as well as, downloadable forms and a contact us page.
This is a website I did for the School of the Arts! Did you hear what I said? THE SCHOOL OF THE ARTS! This design process was unique for me, though, because the client, chose another artist's artwork as the background for the web site. The three pieces of artwork you see were drawn by hand by Denise Kelty and provided to me as a digital scan. I spliced the images, and put them back together as the HTML page you see in the link. Please visit all three portions of the site by clicking the tabs at the top. One other note with regard to this site is that the client is now maintaining the site. I provided him all the files associated with the design and gave him a brief HTML lesson to get him started. The whole purpose of my doing this work was to facilitate his need to provide relevant information to his clients as needed.
This is a blog I designed for my son. I had a free one through Google for some time. But, I always hated the templates they let you choose from. By hosting my own blog, it made the web address smaller (ie, instead of www.richardlee3.blogspot.com it is now www.richardlee3.com). It also will allow me to host his blog until his adulthood without every reaching a file size limit. This is a very inexpensive way to create a website that a person can then update freely themselves via a web browser.
This is a site I designed for a local dating service. It features a short flash movie and a contact form that is validated using javascript.
I developed this site for a local dentist. He wanted to have an online corporate identity. I helped him establish that and developed pages describing various dental procedures.
