Do you work with clients outside of Augusta?
Yes — the majority of our client work is remote. We have served clients across the United States and internationally. Location has never been a barrier to great work.
What’s the minimum investment to work with you?
Project minimums vary by service. Brand identity projects typically start at $2500. Website projects start at $5k. Digital marketing retainers start at $1000/month. We will always be transparent in our proposals.
How long does a typical project take?
Brand identity: 3–6 weeks. Website design and development: 6–12 weeks depending on scope. Ongoing marketing retainers begin delivering results within 60–90 days. We will give you a specific timeline in your proposal.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Most projects are structured with a deposit to begin, a milestone payment mid-project, and a final payment on delivery. We can discuss payment schedules during our strategy session.

What do I need to prepare before our first call?
